High aluminum (Al2O3) tube&insulator
High aluminum products max. working temperature 1600℃, good thermal shock resistance, acid and alkali resistance, erosion resistance make is suitable for many furnaces. But it can't bear collision and is easy to break. Precautions for use:
1. No collision. Corundum tube is made of non-metallic ceramic material. The collision will break the protective tube.
2. Install correctly. The 2 meters tube is relatively long and cannot be installed horizontally.
3. Leave enough expansion space.
4. Avoid sharp changes in temperature. Make sure that the tube has enough preheating time before using in high temperature. The thermocouple must be drawn out slowly from the furnace.
